OUR COMPANY develops and publishes social games for the web and mobile devices (the “Service”). OUR COMPANY is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (“users” or “you”). OUR COMPANY’s primary objective in collecting user information is to provide and enhance the Service and to enable users to enjoy the Service.

Personal Information

OUR COMPANY does not receive, collect or record any personal information about you.

Please note that because a third party site manages the purchases of virtual goods offered by the Service, OUR COMPANY does not have access to your credit card details or billing information.

Non-Personal Information

“Non-personal information” is information that, when taken alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you, for example:

(1) Your age and date of birth; (2) Your gender; (3) Information about the hardware you may own; (4) Your country; (5) If applicable, your physical geolocation and that of the devices you use to access our Services;

OUR COMPANY does not receive, collect or record any non-personal information about you.

Google AdMob

Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We use AdMob Advertising on our apps.

We have implemented the following: (1) AdMob Banner Ads; (2) AdMob Interstitial Ads;

Opting out: Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to provide you with a better user experience, to improve the value and quality of the Services. Some information that Analytics collects is number of clics, screens viewed, mobile device, software or platform. Google Analytics may also record game play information such as your game session duration or your high scores.

Chartboost

We use Chartboost Advertising on our apps.

Chartboost, as a third-party vendor, uses certain tracking technologies to serve ads to our users. We use Chartboost to:

(1) Serve advertisements within an app; (2) Attribute an app installation to a previously served advertisement; (3) Attribute an action taken within an app to a previously served advertisement;

Chartboost use some tracking technologies to collect and analyze certain kinds of technical information, including: Identifier For Advertising (IDFA), Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android ID or UDID. See more.

Applovin

We use Applovin Advertising on our apps.

AppLovin Corporation is a mobile advertising company that provides application developers with a platform to deliver more targeted advertising to their consumers. Its technology enables its partners to show mobile application users more relevant advertising that is based on users’ interests and behaviors.
